I am a dentist’s wife, mother to four busy kids, and I love to put one foot in front of the other. The first race I trained for and ran was a full marathon in January of 2008. That day after the race, my Granddad walked me to my car and asked, “So? Would you ever do it again?” I replied, “I HAVE to do that again.” Seven years and forty-some races later, I find myself still in love with the sport. And I learn a little something everyday about how to balance life as a wife, mother, and traveling marathon runner. Here, I invite you to take a peek into my life, read about tips and tricks I’ve picked up along the way, and learn how to race with your heart.
